Any Exchange/refunds will be accepted within 14 days from the date of your purchase.
Returns are available on full-price items only. Items must be returned in the original condition; accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, and any accessories. Refunds will not be processed for items that are returned worn, incomplete and/or damaged.
​Fail Forward cannot be held responsible for any costs associated with your return. We highly recommend you use a ‘tracked and insured’ shipping method. Fail Forward cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
All refunds will occur via the original payment method.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once your item(s) arrive back to our warehouse, exchanges/refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.
